The restaurant


The restaurant has gracefully maintained two spaces in the old seafront townhouse, an interior dining room and a gallery, both of which look out onto the private garden with the Mediterranean sea as a backdrop.

The first time visitor to the Sant Pau will find herself immersed in a comfortable, friendly and welcoming environment, deeply associated with Carme Ruscalleda’s gastronomic philosophy.

The restaurant can seat 35 people, with team of more than 30 people waiting to attend them: a team motivated and enthusiastic about the restaurant’s culinary and cultural offerings.
