Restaurant Sant Pau, Tokyo
The Sant Pau in the land of the rising sun.
On the first of April 2004, the Sant Pau restaurant opened in Japan. Located in a public square with gardens, in an exclusive part of the centre of Tokyo, in the Coredo-Nihonbashi zone of the city.
The restaurant is a true replica of the Sant Pau in Sant Pol de Mar, both the outward appearance and the atmosphere inside along with the culinary philosophy and gastronomy of Carme Ruscalleda.
We offer the same catalan cuisine inspired by Carme Ruscalledas style, made with fresh products from Japan.
The restaurant’s cellar has over 350 wines from a studied selection of Spanish wineries.

CARME RUSCALLEDA IN BARCELONA:
MOMENTS restaurant is inside MANDARÍN ORIENTAL HOTEL in Barcelona, the first of this group in Spain.
This is a family team with the establishment being run by Chef Raül Balam, Carme Ruscalleda’s son.
In Chef Ruscalleda’s own words: “Moments stands for common sense, tradition, authenticity and a return to our roots".
Key to Ruscalleda’s success is the inspiration she finds in fresh produce; her culinary team search daily for the season’s finest. The MOment’s menu will feature traditional dishes from the Catalan cookbook.
